Snowplow is the leader in next-generation customer data infrastructure, enabling data-driven organisations to own and unlock the value of its customer behavioural data to fuel AI, advanced analytics and personalised marketing.
The project
Snowplow was founded by two data enthusiasts whose frustration with packaged analytics products sparked them into creativity. Today, Snowplow has grown from a passion project into a VC-backed platform powering data delivery for enterprise data teams, with customers such as Burberry, Strava, and Auto Trader.
We needed lawyers with real technology and data protection expertise – and we found that in Tacit.
The challenges
Being a fast-growth company, Snowplow has to be confident in the commercial contracts it is signing but also to get them done swiftly and with the minimum of fuss.
The solution
Whether it’s a quick sanity-check of an NDA, a renewal agreement that needs to get done the same day, the adaptation of a customer’s standard form DPA, or helping the Snowplow team negotiate a new deal to signing, Snowplow are able to forward all these problems to Tacit and know that they will get a quick response with something that will drive them forward.
