Aurelia Butler-Ball
I started my legal career in-house at Universal Music, which gave me insight into how media and entertainment law works on a global scale. Now my clients include global brands, start-ups, entrepreneurs, creative and digital agencies, content creators, authors, rights owners, podcast producers and musicians.
I typically help these clients with:
- drafting and negotiating high value or commercially significant contracts;
- helping to commercialise IP; and
- maximising commercial value in accordance with my clients’ strategic goals.
Alongside client work, I’m Tacit Legal’s Chief Client Officer, taking the lead on developing and growing our relationships with our clients.
I truly believe that Tacit Legal is powered by the best people, processes and technology possible. These give us the time to understand our clients’ objectives and the ability to easily unlock our experience and expertise to help our clients achieve more.
Tacit Legal feels fresh and modern. I couldn’t be happier to be here. It’s been liberating to break free from the traditional law firm structure. My aspiration is for Tacit Legal to continue to grow and sparkle, and show clients and lawyers that there’s another, better way of doing things.
