Privacy notices

Compliance that makes
perfect sense

One of the pillars of data protection law is transparency. That means making sure that people know, or can find out, what information you have about them and what you’re doing with it.

A good privacy notice can go a long way towards meeting that requirement. But writing it well is something of an art. On the one hand the law requires you to include a lot of information. On the other, it requires you to keep it concise and to explain everything in plain language.

Because a privacy notice is, by definition, a factual description of what your business specifically does with personal data, you can’t simply grab a template and fill in the blanks. Proper tailoring is absolutely required. A bad privacy notice - which either doesn’t cover what it needs to cover or does so in generic or impenetrable terms - fails to comply with the law. Because it is by definition public-facing and accessible to anyone, it can also be actively damaging to your reputation.

We’ve put together privacy notices for all kinds of businesses - from large organisations with complex data flows like airports and healthcare providers to simple online stores. We’re quick and efficient in our approach. And we won’t produce reams of incomprehensible (and non-compliant) legalese.
